Detached House with Business Premises in Ledeč nad Sázavou

This thesis concerns the design documentation of the house with an establishment in Ledeč nad Sázavou. The building has two floors with the ground floor establishment and no basement. The building is designed as a brick building from Porotherm. The roof is pitched with a slope of 35° and above establishment pitched with a slope of 12°. The roof is made up of modern wooden construction. On the building are two types of concrete roofing Bramac Max 7 ° and Bramac Max brick red color. The land is located two other minor works. One serves as a garage for two cars and one as a multipurpose garden shed. The complex of buildings is located on undeveloped land with the planar terrain.
Newly-Built Detached House in Dětmarovice

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on new detached house. The detached house is located in the cadastral area of Dětmarovice on the plot number 1560/2. The land for the building is slighty sloping. The locality of the house is located in built-up areas by others detached houses or houses for family recreation. Entry to the land is from the local road. The detached house is designed as a single-storey building with an attic and partially basement. Next to the house is located a garden shed and covered parking space. The house is of rectangular shape with a saddle roof. The vertical structural stability system of the house are ceramic blocks and concrete blocks in the basement. The horizontal structural stability system of the house is the ceramic-concrete ceiling. The roof structural stability system of the house is wooden roof trussing. The roof of the covered parking space and the garden shed is flat and is made of concrete panels. The facade of the building is white. The garden shed facade is wooden. The house is designed for 5 persons. There is a separate accessible flat accessible from the common entrance. This accessible flat is designed for one person on a wheelchair. This flat has accessible bathroom and separate room with a kitchenette.
Timber structure of a multipurpose garden house

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a design of a timber structure of a multipurpose garden house. The ground floor of the house serves as a garage, the attic serves as a playroom for children. The building is located in Letohrad in Pardubice Region. Structural system is a timber framed structure which has been created as a spatial bar model in CADKON+ 2017 software. The internal forces have been calculated in SCIA Engineer 18.1 software using the linear static analysis. These forces have been used to design structural elements. Final results have been partially verified by hand calculations. Solid timber of C24 quality has been chosen as a proper material.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a year-round garden house in the village of Želeč (Prostějov district). The house is located in the garden behind the family house and will be used for the stay of a family with children. It is a one-storey building with a wooden column structure, unbasement, roofed with a pitched roof with the possibility of using the under-roof space. There is an outbuilding on the convenient side for storing fruit and vegetables. As part of the siting of the building on the garden part of the site, there will be a partial demolition of the existing unused building. Four layout and space options are proposed to select and agree the most suitable garden house solution. For the final alternative, a drawing documentation is prepared, which is supplemented by a structural design including basic technical calculations.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a year-round habitable garden house in the village of Ořechov, which is designed to be occupied by one person. It is designed with a frame structure and diffusely closed walls. Four different layout variants were suggested. For the chosen variant by the investor there is a drawing documentation with a technical description and an example of a possible solution for building the house in a modular way. Included in this thesis is the calculation of the heat transfer coefficient for the horizontal and peripheral vertical structures of the building.
